For most people, Mediation is an unusual experience. In the world of dispute resolution, it occupies a space that stands somewhere between the most formal setting – Court or Arbitration – and the most informal – an argument in a bar or across the garden fence. A sort of twighlight zone of the law, without Mulder & Scully! In my article - see "Articles" - on this subject, I explain some of the basics that underpin mediation.
